The IEI is managed by a Director. The Advisory Board of the IEI consists of appointed scholars from the US and international academic community, as well as a VC. The Advisory Board provides help in developing a five-year strategic plan for the IEI.
The Advisory board offers support through regular attendance at annual meetings, as well a communication with the Director and Executive Committee. Unique within the University, the IEI Advisory Board will be tasked with providing the Center’s Director and Executive Committee with an independent source of advice on the research and education programs, as well as critical assessment of progress and accomplishments.
The Advisory Board members review, each year at the annual meeting, the developments and accomplishments and submit a report with recommendation to the Center’s Director, the Executive Committee and the administration.
An Executive Committee, with members from all participating departments, schools and centers is chaired by the director.
